Kitchen Consultation
Spend two hours with me and you’ll be left feeling excited and organized about cooking healthy meals. Topics we can cover include:
Pantry and fridge staples: I'll go through these with you to offer healthier swaps and give you a list of things to keep on hand.
Cook a meal: I'll cook a meal with you to work on trying new foods and I'll use that time to talk about what ingredients I'm using and why (I'll provide the grocery list for you and you will purchase the ingredients)
Nutrition: We'll talk high level about what to eat to feel good and stay (or get) healthy with an emphasis on whole foods vs. ultra-processed
Meal planning: I’ll work with you to create a grocery list and meal plan for one week and talk about how you can make different recipes with similar ingredients to keep shopping simple but not get bored in the kitchen.
Simple swaps: this is where I share "quick fixes" that are actually healthy (like what kind of packaged meals or foods are ok, frozen veggies, etc.).
