Hi! I’m Whitney, but my friends call me Whit.

I am a former corporate cubicle lady turned entrepreneur. Since 2016 I’ve built my wellness business, helping people step up their nutrition game. I've coached hundreds of clients through a 30 Day program as well as 1:1 catered coaching.

As a tween, I started reading health magazines...not because I was obsessed with my weight or how I looked but just LOVED learning about health. It's one of my favorite things to educate myself on and had I realized I could make a living in the wellness field (outside of med school), I absolutely would have chosen that as my path at a younger age.

In 2022, I added a new leg to my wellness business with "Let Whit Cook". After YEARS of sharing my home cooked meals on social media and my clients encouraging me to do something with it, I found the perfect opportunity to share my passion for cooking without having to leave home. I offer clean, whole food meals to busy women and families who are looking for a healthy home cooked meal.

As for cooking, I am mostly self taught (thanks Rachael Ray). My love of food really began in college. I still remember the meal at The FisHouse in Santa Barbara that changed my life! From there a fire was lit for cooking.

After just 5 months of running Let Whit Cook, my worlds of health coaching and meal delivery collided into my biggest and best offer yet- The Healthy Mom Club. By providing VIP one-on-one coaching with personalized meals delivered to your door, it truly is the elite program available.

I am obsessed with learning about wellness, gut health, healthy cooking and then sharing it with all of you! My dream is to find a way to extend my passion to schools and communities who don't have access to healthy food or proper nutritional education like most of us do. Maybe just maybe we can try to steer the ship in the right direction and save our children from this toxic food epidemic.
