Let’s Get Started!

Hi! Welcome to week one! I bet you thought you were just going to jump right in! Preparing for major life changes takes some preparation and it is important to take your time to do this. After all, our goal is to establish healthier habits FOR LIFE!

Think back to other “diets” or programs you’ve done- your “stick-to-it-iv-ness” or lack there of, likely had to do with “life events”. Maybe something as simple as summer break, your monthly cycle or a birthday celebration took you off track. Simply planning ahead for scheduled events as well as creating a plan for the unexpected, will play a major role in your success.

And don’t worry- you don’t have to plan everything the rest of your life…we’re just setting up some habits now, so it’s second nature later.

If we are working one-on-one together, we will talk through this during our intake call.

If you are self-paced, you can go through these documents on your own over the course of the next week. You can move to week two whenever you’re ready but I STRONGLY encourage taking the time to prepare for the next few months.

  • Goals

    Start in the “Set It” section where you’ll find your intake form and a few different goal sheets.

  • Tracking

    In the “Track It” section, you’ll find several different tracking forms to help keep an eye your daily habits and stay on track. From mindful eating to basic daily habit tracker.

  • Planning

    Planning is the key to success so use the “Plan It” section for your weekly meal plans, grocery lists and to keep track of any upcoming events, trips, etc. Plus tips on eating out, traveling, and easy on-the-go meals.
