Step 2: Detox!

Detox: Weeks 2-4

This is all about cleansing the system. Think of your body like a running bathtub…we’re constantly filling it with things- a lot of which clog our drains and freak out our nervous system- junk food, environmental toxins, alcohol, chemicals from processed foods, etc.

Our goal during the detox stage is to unclog the drain and get all our “pipes” working again. In other words, clear out the system, reboot your metabolism, and get your body's key organs firing again. By the end of this you will have a renewed energy and vitality which will give you the motivation to keep going!

In order to do this, we will be eliminating a lot of the things that have kept you stuck.  We’ll be focusing on eating simple, nourishing, whole foods.  We won’t be counting or restricting what we eat since our goal right now is just getting your system working the way it should.
