Empowering kids with healthy habits and confidence, one tasty dinner at a time!

Ready to empower your kids with life skills that will benefit them for years to come? Welcome to Supper Club, where your child will learn the magic of cooking, nutrition, and kitchen safety—all while having a blast!

Why Supper Club?

Imagine your child confidently whipping up a healthy dinner while learning important lessons about food and nutrition! Our Supper Club isn’t just another activity; it’s a hands-on experience that teaches kids the why behind healthy eating and how to cook. We focus on skills that will give them independence in the kitchen, like:

  • Basic Nutrition – Understanding what goes into their bodies and why it matters.

  • Kitchen Safety & Knife Skills – Learning the essentials to stay safe and efficient.

  • Cooking a Full Dinner – Every class ends with a meal they’ve prepared themselves, from start to finish!

What’s Included:

  • 6 Cooking Classes (2 hours each) held the second Wednesday of each month, from 5:30-7:30pm.

  • A Full Dinner Prepared Each Class – Your child will bring home a nutritious, delicious meal.

  • Graduation Celebration – The series ends with a final supper where your child can invite a parent or special guest to enjoy their meal with, followed by a quick ceremony and certificates.

  • Skills for a Lifetime – By the end of the series, your child will be comfortable navigating the kitchen, and understand the basics of meal prep and nutrition.

Why It’s More Than Just Cooking:

In each class, we focus on fostering confidence, creativity, and a healthy relationship with food. These classes go beyond the recipes—they're about empowering your child to understand how to nourish their body, make better food choices, and feel accomplished with every meal they create.

It’s also the perfect opportunity for kids to learn the importance of teamwork, patience, and focus, all while having fun and getting hands-on experience in the kitchen.

Here’s What You’ll Love:

  • Less Stress at Dinner Time! Your child will start asking to help in the kitchen, and before long, they’ll be the ones leading the charge.

  • A Safe, Supportive Learning Environment – We take the overwhelm out of learning to cook, so your child feels confident and comfortable with each step.

  • Priceless Life Skills – From nutrition education to kitchen skills, these are lessons your child will carry with them for life.

What parents are saying…

Michelle M.

“My son had so much fun at cooking camp! He really enjoyed learning healthy recipes, trying new food, and being hands on with preparation. It has inspired him to help out in the kitchen and make his own creations! We are thankful for Wellness with Whit!”

Giovanna C.

“My daughter had so much fun at Whit's camp that on the last day she woke up and said, "Mom I'm really sad that today is the last day". Now she helps make dinner, cutting lettuce and making dressing.. and actually eating the things she makes. I can't wait for the next camp!”

Kelly C.

“We loved cooking with Whit! My daughter Kallie has nut allergies, and she was so good about making sure to have ingredients that were safe. The kids were engaged the whole time, all the food was delicious, and my daughter was able to leave the cooking lesson with more food knowledge. We can’t wait to join another session!”

Katie F.

“My daughter had a great time cooking and trying some new foods.”

Lauren L.

“My daughter loved learning about healthy food choices, how to follow a recipe and cooking with her friends!”
