BLOOM Retreat Sponsorship Agreement

Thank you for becoming a sponsor for the BLOOM Retreat on February 9, 2024 at Bear Hill Golf Club in Stoneham, MA. To ensure the sponsorship process is streamlined and effective, please review the following guidelines, terms, and deadlines.

What’s Included in Your Sponsorship:

  • A one-page flyer to be displayed at the retreat - featuring your business information (template will be provided by Whitney), including:

    • Business name, logo, website, email, phone number, and social media handles

    • A short bio (provided by you)

    • Key details about your product/service

  • Exposure through 3-5 email mentions to our audience of 350+ subscribers (50% open rate).

  • Dedicated social media posts and shoutouts across event platforms.

  • Your business information included in onsite signage and event communications.

  • Option to include swag or marketing materials in attendee gift bags.

Sponsor Responsibilities:

To ensure your sponsorship benefits are fully realized, please complete the following (A separate email will be sent requesting this information after your registration is complete).

  1. Submit Two Photos

    • Provide at least two high-quality images (e.g., headshots, product photos, service images, or logo).

  2. Provide Your Business Information for the Flyer

    • Submit the necessary information (name, bio, website, social handles, contact details, etc.) by the deadline (TBD). Again, I will send a separate email requesting these specific items at a later date.

    • Failure to meet this deadline may result in reduced exposure in promotional materials.

  3. Share Social Media Posts

    • Agree to share any posts you are tagged in on your own platform.

    • Sharing additional posts about the retreat (encouraging your audience to attend) is greatly appreciated but not required.

  4. Deliver Swag or Marketing Materials

    • If including swag in attendee bags (e.g., business cards, coupons, samples), please ensure items are delivered to Whitney by January 15, 2024.

Terms and Conditions:

By completing your registration and submitting your sponsorship payment, you agree to the following:

  • Provide all required materials, including images, flyer content, and optional swag, by the deadlines specified.

  • Permit BLOOM Retreat to use your submitted photos and business information in marketing materials, event signage, and promotional emails.

  • Share any social media posts where your business is tagged to maximize event visibility.

  • Understand that sponsorship fees are non-refundable and are used to enhance the event experience for all participants.

We appreciate your support in promoting the retreat! Feel free to use this sample blurb:

Submission Deadlines:

  • December 15, 2023: All business information and images for promotional materials and flyer.

  • January 15, 2024: Delivery of any swag or marketing materials for attendee gift bags.
